CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following guidelines: All cancellations and rescheduling requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation, incurring the 100% service fee. All required intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. To maintain a serene environment, no additional guests or children are allowed at your appointment.
